Health & Safety Training

According to Law 3850/2010 "Ratification of the code of laws on health and safety of employees", Article 48, the employer must ensure that every employee receives adequate training in safety and health.


The manpower of GEP consists of executives with extensive experience in the design and implementation of training seminars of personnel at the occupational health and safety sector, oriented to the specific needs of modern business. Indicative training seminars at the occupational health and safety sector provided by GEP to business personnel include (indicatively, non-exhaustively):

  • Working with visual display equipment
  • Load manual handling
  • Mahinery safety
  • Risks from electricity
  • Use of personal protective equipment
  • Working at height
  • Use of chemicals

  • Use of consrtuction machines


It should be pointed out that the company is able to provide a wide range of courses, focused on the special characteristics and needs of each of each business, based on the business requirements and working activities. The company’s experienced trainers can help the business identify the exact needs for its personnel training.

Upon training completion, certificates of attendance at the training seminar are provided to the participants.

The occupational health and safety training seminars provided by GEP can be covered by LAEK programs (Special Fund for Employment and Vocational Training), created by OAED (Manpower Employment Organization), based on which businesses whose personnel participate in training seminars, can take advantage of 0,24% rate of employer contributions for training seminars within the current year.
