Health Promotion

Health Promotion Programs go beyond compliance with legal requirements for occupational health and safety. However, by improving the employees’ health level, a business can enjoy many positive results, such as fewer retirements and absences, greater incentives and productivity. At the same time the business can create a positive image to the society, oriented to human resources.

GEP Health Promotion programs are conducted by experienced health professionals and focus either on work or on everyday life habits, such as:

  • Stop smoking
  • Stress management
  • Ergonomics in the workplace
  • Proper diet and physical exercise for body weight regulation

The Health Promotion programs provided by GEP can be covered by LAEK programs (Special Fund for Employment and Vocational Training), created by (OAED - Manpower Employment Organization) based on which businesses whose personnel participate in training seminars, can take advantage of 0,45% rate of employer contributions for training seminars within the current year.
